1. Reservation of Apartment
The only way apartments may can be reserved and taken off the market
availability is upon the payment of $1,000 as a holding deposit.
$1,000 payment is to be made to "Waldorf Australia Group Trust
Account".

A 10% deposit is required either by way of cash deposit of deposit
bond upon exchange of contracts.
4. Settlement on Apartment purchase
Settlement is expected to be effected with 14 days of the registration
of the strata plan (estimated on October- November 2003). At this
point the vendor will provide you with a depreciation schedule for
your property. Rental under the guarantee arrangements will normally
be paid monthly in arrears.
