Apartment owners in The Waitara Waldorf Apartment will be able
to:
- Occupy the unit themselves
- Rent out the unit directly, via any independent real estate
agent, offering short to medium term accommodation
- Participate in the proposed furnished and serviced Apartment
Management Scheme by the Waldorf Apartment Group and have the
benefit of a 3 years lease.
The proposed flexible property management structure will enable
apartment owners to change to any of the above options at any time
based on three months notice to the manager in writing.
