Garden Wedding Ceremony 

Whether it’s a small and intimate gathering or a grand ceremony, the charm of a garden wedding is magically memorable.  Set amongst serene garden surroundings, we have several picture-perfect settings for your ideal wedding ceremony. 

The Linden Tree - Declare your love for each other under the sweeping boughs of this 100-year-old tree; an enchanting backdrop for any wedding ceremony. With standing room to cater for 120 guests this is one of our most popular options. 

Lady Fairfax Lawn - With beautiful little spots dotting the flower beds and trees, you can select your special space for a small and intimate ceremony. 

The Pine Tree - This handsome evergreen pine offers year round colour, making it an ideal place for wedding ceremonies at any time of the year. 

Garden Ceremony Inclusions:

  • 20 outdoor wooden garden chairs
  • Celebrant’s table with white linen cloth + 2 chairs for bride and groom*
  • Access to the gardens; the perfect setting for photography
  • Complimentary wet weather option in the event of rain to be held in the Olive Tree Restaurant 

*Celebrant is to provide their own audio equipment for ceremonies in the Gardens, alternatively we can arrange for audio equipment to be hired at an additional cost.

Walkway carpet for Bridal party entrance available at additional cost.

Please note the Gardens remain open to the public during wedding ceremonies and photography 

Wedding Reception Packages 

Continue your magical day with your reception in our outdoor gazebo set amongst serene garden surroundings which can cater for up to 120 guests. We have the following reception packages available for your ideal wedding. 

Margaret Stevens Cocktail Package

  • Pre-dinner drinks on arrival, ½ hour duration (included in 3 hour beverage package and room hire)
  • 2 hour Reception canapés (your choice of 8 canapés)
  • 3 hour standard beverage package including tea and coffee
  • 4 hour room hire with dance floor
  • Up to 6 cocktail tables and 24 bar stools, plus additional casual seating
  • White linen tablecloths for cocktail tables
  • Skirted cake table and gift table
  • Cutting and serving of your wedding cake
  • Use of toasting glasses and cake knife
  • Heaters and slow combustion fireplace (seasonal) 

Lady Fairfax Reception #1 Package

  • Pre-dinner drinks on arrival, ½ hour duration (included in 4 hour beverage package and room hire)
  • Choice of 2 hot and 2 cold canapes to be served during ½ hour pre-dinner drinks
  • Hot and cold buffet (choice of 3 hot & 3 cold options)
  • 4 hour standard beverage package including tea and coffee
  • 5 hour room hire with dance floor
  • Overnight accommodation in a Superior Room for the bridal couple on the wedding night (includes sparkling wine, breakfast and 12 pm late checkout)
  • White chair covers
  • White linen tablecloths and white linen serviettes
